Jeff co-owned and operated a successful Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) from 2012 to 2014 which had a 56% success rate for those remaining clean and sober for at least 30 consecutive days.
Jeff worked at Phoenix House Academy for three years with at-risk youth and their families most of whom were remanded by County Probation and had gang-affiliation or tag crew affiliation. Jeff successfully facilitated an evidenced based program which helped decrease drug and alcohol use and criminal activity. Jeff graduated from Antioch University Los Angeles with a MA degree in Clinical Psychology.
Jeff worked in the corporate world for over 30 years in mid-level and senior-level human resources roles where he was responsible for hiring, training and employee relations.
Jeff has worked with those who wish to change careers or move forward in the career they are currently in.
Jeff also holds a MA Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from The New School For Social Research, NYC, NY
Jeff is recently completed two years as President of the Desert Chapter of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
